Poetry is often a way to communicate feelings and experiences difficult to say out loud and that which we needed to explain to ourselves.

I’ve read many books over the years that supported me on my journey but none spoke directly to me.

So, I ended up writing my own. It was cathartic but also evolved into a way
I could support others on their journey.
